JRIRA DVCS Connector + Github Enterprise: "Sync Failed ... See server logs", which logs?

We have a number of repositories (among the many thousands we have connected) that report (on the DVCS Accounts page), "Sync Failed: Error during sync. See server logs." I'm sorry to need to ask elementary questions, but which logs on which server(s)? I see something like this in our JIRA server's atlassian-jira.log:

atlassian-jira.log.1:2015-01-27 23:39:41,306 http-bio-8080-exec-227 INFO anonymous ...  /rest/bitbucket/1.0/repository/939/sync [dvcs.spi.github.GithubCommunicator] Can not obtain branches list from repository [ some_repo ]

but there's not necessarily such an entry for every repository for which sync is failing.

What's our next move for figuring out the problem?

Note: we do have dvcs.connector.full-synchronization.disabled turned on.

That's the correct log. The next step is likely to increase the log level and force the troublesome repos to try and sync. The precise logging name will need looking at the source code for they plugin though
