We're seeing cascading issues in JIRA Cloud services.
To begin with we were unable to assign issues to Users, which is now spotty and coming in & out of service, but I've now also lost access to User Management (telling me to login again and failing to do so).
Is this related to the current Fix Version issue that is being investigated?
Just a follow-up. This has now settled down and it seems full access has been restored via Atlassian fixing up their other issues they had yesterday.
Can the site/Org admin access User Management? Just trying to see if this is a permissions issue or systemic issue.

I would open a support call yourself at https://support.atlassian.com/contact to have the Atlassian engineers investigate your instance specifically.
They will also be able to tell you if this is related to a ongoing issue.
