JIRA 4.4 issue description field shrinks in IE 7 as you type

After upgrading to JIRA 4.4 in our organization, I noticed a weird bug with IE 7, which, unfortunately, is the standard browser in our organization and a number of poeople using JIRA use it. When filing a new issue, the description field shirnks as you type in it. Here's a screencast showing the behaviour.

It is a known issue - the fix is to set the browser zoom to 100% or upgrade to 5.0.
