I created a Roadmap plan. From the roadmap view I created several issues (epics, stories, tasks), but these issues are created without numbering (e.g. instead of [project short name]-XX only [project short name], and I can't edit them or see them in the issues list.

Hi Hlel - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Using Plans, the changes you make are sort of in a what if state - so that you can experiment with changes to see what it looks like. When you want to keep what you have, click the Save Changes button in the upper right of the screen to save what you have done. This will include causing Jira to create the issues that you have added to the plan.

Hello @Hilel Rubinstein

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

John provided the link to the Jira Cloud documentation.

Given that you added "data center" tags on your post, here is the documentation link for Advanced Roadmaps for Jira Data Center, for the topic John mentioned.
