We're experiencing an issue with creating tickets using /jira create
in our Jira Cloud Slack app.
/jira create
, the pop-up appears as expected.Is anyone experiencing the same issue or has an idea how to solve it?

Please check the required fields on the Jira Issue creation screen. When selected from Slack, all required fields should be selected.

Thanks for the quick response! However, I’m not sure I fully understand. Right now, I’m not even able to select an issue type in the Slack pop-up as it goes straight to an error after selecting our project.
Is there a specific place where I need to configure which fields are shown in Slack?
