For some issues, it lists only in project but when we try to access the error comes like issue doesnot exist, contact your jira-administrator.
I am administrator and have got enough permissions to browse project and issues.
Is there any way to delete these JIRA ticket?

You say "For some issues it lists only in project" - what do you mean by "lists in project"? Does it come out in a search somewhere? Or a report? Where are you seeing the link to the issue?
My guess is a broken index though. If you have a small JIRA and/or can tolerate the down-time, could you run a full "lock JIRA" re-index and re-test this? Does the problem go away then?
