You can try checking Structure add-on. Version 3.x allows you to group issues by most JIRA fields and thus you can get the view you want. Simply pull in stories you want to see, group by sprint, then group by assignees.
Then you can add the columns for totals for hours spent, remaining estimate, etc and the values will be rolled up.
There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you learn how to use it, you get all kinds of views very quickly.
