Is there a way to show the number of linked zendesk tickets to a jira ticket?

 

I have created a dashboard showing all the issues. I added a filter widget showing the list of issues and i want to add a column in the dashboard showing the number(count) of linked zendesk tickets. Since it will be easier for me to know how many customers are complaining on a specific issue.

Hi @Emerson Rodil , do you have some field that illustrates that the issue is linked to a ZD issue? If so you might be able to use a Pie chart gadget on a dashboard configured to illustrate the haves and have-nots based on this field.

@Jack Brickey  Okay, then showing the numbers of associated/linked zendesk tickets to a specific jira ticket in the filter widget is not possible? like what the image below? I am trying to add a field in the filter widget that can show the number of zendesk tickets.

In the image you show, it illustrates the heading for a list of issues so each row would illustrate a number of Zendesk tickets, which I don't think makes sense unless you have multiple Zendesk tickets associated with a single Jira issue. I thought the scenario was such that you might have 100 issues and 60 of those are each linked to a single Zendesk issue. In that scenario a pie chart would show that you had 60 issues that were associated to a Zendesk issue and 40 issues that were not. So 60% of the issues had Zendesk issues.
