Is there a way to hide fields in issue navigator and export features based on a JIRA permission?

My goal is to prevent specific users/groups from accessing to certain fields.

I can manage to get it working on screens but I was wondering if there is a way to achieve that in other sections of JIRA, like Issue Navigator columns, export (excel/XML) features.

I am not worried if a poitive answer could involve development.

No. Jira does not do "field level security". See https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-1330 for the whole discussion, workarounds, explainations and so on.
