I had an Atlassian Community account set up with my previous company email and was weondering if there was a way to get my profile back ?

Short answer: maybe.
I recommend waiting for one of the community champions / administrators to respond...or ping one of them by name from the Welcome or Kudos groups for their input.
The last time I did what you describe was a couple of years ago. At that time, my level progress and some badges were saved and everything else was reset to zero. Since then the community migrated to some new tooling so perhaps the admins have more "tricks" to help now.
