We are looking for a solution that would allow us to plan work on issues/projects for teams of workers (such as field support engineers). The requirements based on our use case are the following :
- Must be a solution for Jira Software DC
- Must allow a team leader or resource manager to plan work for members of the teams
- Must allow planification for others on an hourly basis from a calendar-type view
- Must allow to easily extend/reduce the planned period (across days or across several hours of the same day)
- Must allow easy re-planification of the time slots from one worker to other workers
- Must allow to plan recurring work on issues/projects
- Must allow to plan work on one issue/project for several different people
- Ideally, can be integrated with Outlook.
Do you have any idea of a solution that would cover our requirements?
