Is there a possibility on Jira SD to include pictures in request types?

We want to show the IT equipment to the customer bevor writing the request. The Symbol for request types is to small.

Per your description, I understand that you would like to upload pictures as Request types icons. Is that correct?

You can do it by following the steps below:

- Navigate to your project > Project Settings > Request types > Click in the request type Icon:

- Choose to upload Image and select the image you want:

Hello Petter,

thanks for your answer. The icons are to small. We want to have bigger pictures on request types. Our short-term solution is to create confluence articles including the pictures of tablets, laptops etc.
