Is there a maximum collaborators user count for Jira Studio?

Hi, it looks as though you can have a maximum of 1000 users for JIRA Studio? Is this correct?

How do you allow customers to log and view their issues?

Hi Luzia,

Thanks I've read through this again, I'm still not sure how then to have external users such as clients or a developer community, logging, viewing and following their issues/suggestions? 2.5k is a small limit for a client or developer community user base.

Can you please advise?
