Is it possible to link a sub-task from one issue to another one?
Hi all, I have just started to use Jira this week (the aim being to use Jira as a test management tool). I am wondering is here any way that you can link sub-tasks belonging to one issue to a sub-task in a seperate issue?
The give more detail, I have created 4 different issues. One of these issues is called requirements and these have various sub-tasks which are effectivley the detailed functionality requirements of a project.
I have a seperate issue called 'test design'. The intention is to create sub-tasks under here for tests..I am trying to achive traceability back to the requirements by linking a test case (sub-task) to the relevant requirement sub-task. Is this possible?
Radek that is perfect! Thanks for the prompt answer it has resolved my query, thanks
