×So, I have problem with timeline JIRA because I need to see the Dev & QA's timeline per task, not the bigger picture timeline that only have start date and end date. The purpose is to share the planning timeline to the stakeholder. Can JIRA provide it? or any suggest? thank you
Welcome to the community!
To see the timeline per task with different colors, I have a solution for you using our plugin TeamBoard ProScheduler for Jira developed by DevSamurai. This plugin offers both Timeline and Gantt Chart views with the ability to visualize task durations and customize color schemes by using JQL, which would allow you to set different colors for DEV and QA phases.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you're interested in this solution or if you need more information.

Sure! In the ProScheduler setting, you can set the color scheme using JQL like assignee, status, date,.... or assign a specific color for resources. After that, the task planned will be displayed based on the color scheme configurated in the Timeline. You can set dependencies between tasks to determine the order in which tasks must be started or completed.
Please refer to the images attached below to visualize how it works.
Method 1/ Set color scheme by resources:
Method 2/ Set color scheme by JQL:
3/ Plan tasks and assign them for your resource and go to the Timeline/ Gantt in our app to see the result:
