Hi,

The import does not work since 2 days:

No error returned on the page .

When I clic on synchronise :  he says Started 17 days Ago:

I stop and reclic on synchronis :  Error Progress already strated for progress ID: progess id: ressourcid 7, category: imports

What could I do to stop this procces. Where can i stop this process ?

In my case after 2h i got the message: Exeption progress is cancelled

Than I've made manual import (normally I use scheduled cron import - User Import) and all worked fine

Same here. This happened after a previous import ended with errors.

I am facing the same. At first the fix was restart jira.

 

But now cant Import Users form JIra.

 

Could you fix it?
