Hi,
As Jira Service Desk I added 4 agents in the jira-servicedesk-users Group.
I can only assign an issue to agent 1 or agent 2, not to agent 3 and not to agent 4.
They all have the same rights, When I choose agent3 in the dropdown menu I get "No matches".
What can caused this?

Do they have assignable issue permission along with service desk agent access?
you can use Permission helper to find out the issue
Administrator --> System --> Permission Helper

I thought that all users in the jira-servicedesk-users group could be assigned to a task but I was wrong. They have to be added in the Service Desk team (Users Role for the project).
I did this and it worked. Now I'm able to assign them issue.
