When creating test cases (steps), we are including images, once the test case is saved and opened or even the image is clicked on, it doesn't display in it's entirety for view. This would be helpful for those that will execute the test cases other than author and view the images for reference.
Hi @Johnny.Pitts , thanks for your question.
Please can you share which app you're using for testing? In that way, we can try to signpost you to the documentation or the help desk for the app vendor to get you some help.
Cheers
Hi Valerie,
I am using JIRA, I attached an Image to communicate my suggestion. Once test steps are created and images inserted for either the Step or Expected result, the image can't be clicked on for viewing and it would help if a tester could click on the image for reference to see the info.

Hi @Johnny.Pitts , thanks for the screen. Do you know if this is Xray or Zephyr?
Cheers

Looking at your screenshot and running some tests of my own the issue is that the fields into which we can paste/add images are fixed - the don't grow - so we can only scale images to the max size of that field. I can't find a way to make it work and suggest you contact Smartbear support.
