I have one service based project in that user has create a ticket as a bug type issue ,
so i wanna increase my bug time escalation so our developer can easily work . How can i increase my escalation time and right now our time is 16h but i wanna do 15 days
Hi @Nigam Gandhi , it sounds like you want to change one of your SLAs. Is that the case? If so and you have admin permissions go to project settings > SLAs and find the appropriate SLA and goal to adjust the time.
