I want to copy the country names into the summary of the created subtasks

Hello Dear Community,

Let's say If the International Travel request is

Summary Of the ticket - International Travel Request 

Description - 

Hello, I will be travelling to the Caribbean island of Anguilla with my wife and friends beginning this Thursday November 14th and returning November 18th. No layover in any international airport.


By using Automation Rule I've created , Exception Creation & Remove Exception Based on the Due dates, ,

Now I want to copy the Country names in the description which is available in the parent ticket that should be copied to the summary of the created subtasks .. Like below

Create Exception for - Suneel Babu - for the country(s) -

"Caribbean Island of Anguilla"

Is this possible to copy only country names in the description of the parent ticket to the summary of the Created subtasks ..?

@suneel babu It would be a complicated task to pull a country name out of the description text, and you would need to provide exact pattern matching or other logic to work out what the country name is for every possible destination.

What you may find easier is to create a new mandatory field 'Destination' that you could then easily copy into the summary of any created subtasks.
