Hi @Mallikarjuna

You can build a  new rule by Choosing "Field Changes" as the trigger, specifying the field you want to monitor, such as "Fix Version".

  • Next, add two conditions: one to exclude Epic issue types and another to ensure the issue has a fix version.
  • Then, add the "Clone Issue" action, selecting the target project and version.

Configure the fields to copy from the original issue and this wat will work best to cover your requirement.

To learn more - Clone a version and its associated issues using Jira automation | Jira | Atlassian Documentation

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards
