I have two priority fields showing and have only one in screen configuration

I have an issue type that is showing the system priority field and a custom priority field, and it should be only showing the custom priority field. When checking the screen configuration, it only shows the custom field and not the system field. I have checked everywhere I can think of to see why the system priority field is showing, so I am wondering if anyone else has had the same issue?

Hi @Ashley Roberts ,

probably you just did it but please check Issue Type scheme for your issue type at project level in order to check if create/edit screen are correct. What is the screen (create, edit or transition screen)?

If you are talking about VIEW screeen, system priority is, by default, always showed. If you want to hide it from view screen you need to do that through Field Configuration screen associated to your issue type/s.
