I do not see the Outgoing Mail option when trying to set up my SMTP mail server

hello, I am folloing the set of instructions "Configuring JIRA's SMTP Mail"

But I am stuck at #2 because I cannot find the (Mail > Outgoing Mail) option. I only see (Mail > Incoming Mail, Mail Queue, Send E-mail, and HipChat Configuration). Is there a step I’m missing?

I am set up as a JIRA Ondemand Administrator. thank you for the help.

From memory, you don't need it. There's an SMTP server automatically configured for your instance to send email.
