How can I sort timeline within an Advance Plan.

I have tired the below but nothing seems to work.

  • Sorting by Columns
  • Using Filters for Organization
  • Sorting by Rank (Backlog Order)
  • Grouping & Dependency Sorting
  • Sorting by Custom Fields

I've added the projects in priority order but doesn't work either??

I wish to sort by custom field project field 'project priority' but doesn't seem to work.

Am Admin so rights shouldn't be a problem

Hi @Sian Snook,

The grouping by project overrules the sorting. Projects (your grouping level in the screenshot you shared) are sorted alphabetically. Remove the grouping if you want to see sorting settings to be applied.

Hope this helps!
