How to prevent unReleased version shows up in Affected Version

I am using the Affected Version and Fixed version fields to track issue origina & destination.  JIRA currently shows both list of Released abd UnReleased version.   I'd like to control the drop down list so that

 

Affected Version -- only show released versions

Fixed Version -- only show unreleased versions

 

Is this possible?
