We have subfield on Assignee, which is Assignee.emailAddress.. but once I used it, somehow it shown "[no subfield found']"
How should we handle it? I really need it since name could not be the best user identifier if want to join with other data, where email is unique and non editable.
Thanks
Hi Adrianto - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I am a little confused. The field has disappeared? Or the value in the field?
If you look at the Configure button on the screen, is the field shown? Has the context for the field changed? That should be checked to see if the context is limiting when the field should show.
HI. The field is visible on the list of the available fields to get with Jira cloud for sheet. But once the extract done the value in the field, it's not extracted correctly any more. It was working correctly until around a week ago.
I'm facing exactly the same issue in my company. Not able to retrieve any more the email addresses (reporter.emailAddress, creator.emailAddress ) using Jira Cloud for sheets,
And also some colleagues tells me that they have the same issue when trying to obtain those fields with Zapier for example.
FYI, I created a support request related to this Reporter email gets [no subfield found] when using "Jira Cloud for sheets" (atlassian.com)

Hi Adrianto,
I worked with Andres on this issue. This was the solution, so please check if it matches your case also:
Email fields gets no subfield found when using jira cloud for sheets
Big thank you to Andres for his help!
