We'd like to give permissions to user to edit "Due Date" but not edit other fields. Is this possible? Right now user has "Schedule Issues" permission but does not have "Edit Issues" permission, and cannot see "Edit" button on issue page. I was hoping this user could just hover over Due date and click to edit - but this is not the case.
Can somebody confirm? Does a user need "Schedule Issues" AND "Edit Issues" permissions to change due date?

Yes, this is the case. You would need both permissions.
