How to fetch any User picker profield value in a JSU plugin post function?

I would like to fetch a user picker Pro field value into the custom field value list, to make its value copied to other custom fields, through JSU plugin in a transition via Post Functions. 

I am trying it from JSU Plugin - Copy Value from other Field (JSU).

Kindly help me to fetch the values from Pro field part to copy their values in other custom fields. Also, kindly suggest me with any other way, through which it can be made possible.
