Hi @Maciej Zalustowicz ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

It's not a role its system field. You can also create new custom field (user picker) field as per your requirement and associate it with your screen, screen scheme and project.

You may please follow the steps that are mentioned in Atlassian Official documentation on Adding custom fields
