I've tryed to create another subtask type for it to use another work flow, but eventhough i've created it in the general settings, i can't do it in the project. Any ideas?

@Leandro Diaz Meiners Welcome to the community

If you are working in a Company-Managed project, then there are two steps that you need to take to utilize a new (or different) issue type and associate it with a custom workflow:

  1. Go to the Issue Schemes and add the new Issue Type to the list of Issue Types for the project.
  2. Go to the Workflow Schemes and add the custom workflow, associating it with the new Issue Type.

That will make the issue type available in your project and have it utilize the correct workflow

Hello @Leandro Diaz Meiners

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

What type of project are you using?

In your first screen image you would find that information at the bottom of the navigation panel on the left.

If you are working with a team-managed project then those are limited to have only one Subtask type of issue. You cannot add a second subtask issue type to such projects.

Your second screen image appears to be from the global Settings for Issue Types. The issue types defined there are available only in Company Managed projects.

It is not possible to change the project type. You would need to create a new Company Managed project and move the existing issues to it. Such a move can result in loss of data. Refer to
