How to configure the Jira Site for Copilot in Microsoft Teams?

Question

I have access to multipe Jira Sites and can switch them manually in the Jira Cloud App in Microsoft teams.

Creating an Issue from chat also asks me which Jira Site the issue should be created in.

But when I search for issues assigned to me in Copilot in Microsoft Teams, only one of my Jira sites is searched and I did not find a way to configure the Jira Site wich is used by Copilot.

How to configure the Jira Site Copilot uses?

When I asked chatgpt this is what it said :

Currently, Microsoft Teams Copilot defaults to the primary Jira site set up in the Jira Cloud app integration, and there isn’t a native setting within Copilot to change or configure which Jira site it uses for searches. However, here are a couple of potential workarounds:

1. **Switch Primary Site in the Jira Cloud App**: If one of your Jira sites is set as the primary in the Jira Cloud app within Microsoft Teams, Copilot typically defaults to this site for issue searches. Changing the primary site might affect which site Copilot searches.

I have tagged the Atlassian support in this thread to get their inputs too, I'll recommend opening a ticket with the Microsoft copilot support team as well though to get their inputs.

While I don't have a copilot subscribtion, if you can add a link to a free trial that would be great, Will add more info here after I've had a chance to test Copilot.
