How to configure jirabot in mattermost?

Hi all! Recently switched from Slack to Mattermost. It is necessary to implement alerts in Mattermost channels, for example, in some project a task is created/deleted and a notification is sent to my channel. As I understand it, this is done through OAuth, are there instructions on how to configure OAuth? And is it necessary to create a webhook for each project in Jira so that it can be sent to separate Mattermost channels?

I made a webhook, it partially works, but when I create a task in the project, the alert does not come to the channel

Also here, when I try to share my application, there is a privacy policy line, where can I get this and what is it? Is there documentation on this?sharing.png

I solved this issue, but still notifications do not arrive in the channels. I tested my hook via postman, it works fine
