The current limit for uploading issues in JIRA via CSV import is set to 250. How can we modify this limit?

Hi,

Welcome to the community.

A user can't upload more than 250 issues : [JRACLOUD-67678] Allow more than 250 csv rows to be imported by specified users outside of the administrator. - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

If you need to import more than 250 you need to ask your administrator to import the csv for you

Hi @Glenn Villareal

Thanks for reaching out to the community

In Server you should see the option when you go to Server Administration > Advanced Settings:

If you are on Cloud you will not see this option and you will need to use the External System import to bypass the 250 issue limit.  In light of that you need to log in to your Jira Cloud site as a Jira administrator to start the import in that manner.

That being said, in order to use the External System Importer a user would need to be made an Administrator

Hope this Helps.
