Hi,
We get a Notification mail when an employee creates an issue in Service Desk project. At the moment, the Notification shows us only the following fields: Issue Type, Assignee, Created, Priority, Reporter
Now, we want to see the address who creates the issue (sender address). How can I add this field to Notification?
I hope someone can help me.
Thanks in advance!
Thanks for your response.
I think this is not what we are searching for... We do not want a specific email address to be displayed but always the email address that created the issue, so the sender email address should always be drawn individually..
In the solution above you can only determine a specific email address, right?
Lisa,
You can specify people in a project role, assignee, reporter, current user..etc.
You can select the REPORTER option for your case or any other and their emails won't be displayed.

Lisa,
Welcome to the community.
Please go to your Project Settings -> Notifications -> Actions -> Edit Notification -> Add Action on Issue Created - > Single User -> Enter user email.
