The best solution would be to create a dashboard in Jira with all the necessary gadgets. Jira offers some useful native gadgets like Pie Chart or Two Dimensional Statistics gadget, but if you want to track essential Kanban metrics in an efficient way, have a look over the gadgets offered by our Great Gadgets app.

Good afternoon.
- Identify the filter for your board
- go to your DASHBOARDS Option and create a new Dashboard
- Be sure to share the FILTER and DASHBOARD with the appropriate scope of people. (I tend to SHARE with people already access to the project)
- And my screen shows a common mistake -- be sure to "add" the permissions.
- Then pick a layout and start adding gadgets
