How do I set up Greenhopper with different permissions for ranking and setting a version?

I am using GreenHopper 5.4.2 on Jira 4.2.3 for Scrum.

On the Planning Board, I would like to allow all team members to drag an issue into a version to put that story into a sprint. But I want only the Product Owner to be able to change the ranking of the stories.

For this, I have checked "Scheduling Permission" in the GreenHopper general configuration and granted this permission only to Product Owners. But now, team members cannot drag a story at all. If a member tries to change the version on a card, he gets an "Insufficient Permissions" error. But he can change the story in Jira and set the 'fix version' without any problems.

A member can only drag something which has been assigned to them, this default behaviour can be modified if you have admin rights to change workflow permisisons.
