How do I monitor sprint or Version resource (User) capacity?

When planning a sprint with shared resources, I need to know availability. Is there a way to see this with Jira/Greenhopper?

You may wish to take a look at Tempo for this functionality.

I use the Version Workload Report on the Project Page. Look under the Reports list.

That's helpful, but not quite what I'm looking for. The Version Workload Report shows how much time has actually been assigned in a Sprint. What I need to know is how much each person capable of completing on the Sprint team. For example, if a resource is only 50% dedicated to a 2-week Sprint, she can only be assigned 40 hours. I need to know that as I assign Stories.
