How can I set pluginJobName property of service Service Provider Token Remover.

I deleted that Service by mistake, (but I have the backup screenshot), but it doesn't give me a chance to set the property

pluginJobName from the UI.

pluginJobName should be set to Service Provider Token Remover

Please help , this is critical

restarting wil help or inserting values via db wil also help
