Hi Guys,
I hava a problem.
We have so many people in one project and we want that not everybody sees all boards.
How can i put restricted view rights on a board, like only the people who should work with this project should see the board and the requierements or stories for example. I will say now the name of the board is "xyz".
So the workers of the board xyz should see the board xyz but also the other boards, but the other workers should not see the board xyz but the other boards should be possible to see.
Thank you
Hello @Leyla Lola
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
The content of a board is visible to the people with whom the underlying filter of the board has been shared. The owner/editors of a filter can change with whom it is shared.
You can see what filter is used by a board and with whom the filter is shared by viewing the board, then clicking the ... button in the upper right corner, then select Configure Board, then look at the General tab and find this information.
Hello thank you, but I put a Group in there but it doesn't work. My colleagues can't see the board but they are seeing my issues.
Do you maybe now how can I change this, they should not see my issues too.

If you want to prevent users from seeing ALL the issues from a project in all places (agile boards, filters, dashboards) you need to remove them from having the Browse Projects permission for that project.
If you want to let the user see some issues in the project but not other issues in the project then you need to implement Issue Security.
