Having difficulty importing mantisBT database

In attempting to follow the posted directions for the importation process, I'm stuck at step #2,

2. Log in to JIRA as as a user with the 'JIRA Administrators' global permission.

I don't seem to have this level of permission the the account that was created with my OnDemand signup. It also appears as though the systemadministrator account access hasn't been assigned to my account further preventing me from modifying the access as required.

Hi Joseph,

If you would still want to import your Mantis data to OnDemand, you can attempt it via the following steps:

  1. Backup JIRA data.
  2. Import data from OnDemand to a standalone JIRA.
  3. Import data from Mantis to the standalone JIRA.
  4. Create a backup from standalone JIRA.
  5. Import the standalone backup to OnDemand.
