HELP! My Subtasks are not displaying

We switched from a windows box to a linux box this weekend and all seemed fine. but apparently in our testing we somehow missed that subtasks are not displaying on the parent.

The subtasks exsit, if i go to them directly i can get them and they appear in the title to be properly associated. but when at the parent ticket there is nothing visible showing that there should be subtasks. (on our dev box they display properly)

Also, on Dev attachments are not showing as thumbnails but in PROD they are... settings appear the same here too. My team & I am so confused...

We recently purchased Minyaa becasue it solved a lot of our issues, but I am starting to think the associated problems with Minyaa are worse than the problems we got it to solve. :(

Hm. sounds strange! Are there any messages in the logs?

Nope no error messages.

Everything matches (dev vs. prod) we can't find any differences in files or config. It is just baffling!

We have submitted a support request but no word yet...
