Hi,
I would like to show a graph on the Dashboard regarding how I am tracking against a set deadline for each tickets.
I have set a "Due Date" for each ticket.
All that I want to see if whenever, I access the dashboard, I should be able to see whether I am delayed or on-time for completing a ticket. It can be similar to two dimensional filter statistics or a bar chart where tickets numbers are on Y-axis and timeline is on X-axis.
Any assistance is much appreciated.

How exactly would you evaluate that a given issue is on time or delayed?
You mentioned the Due date field and Time Tracking, but what criteria would you use to evaluate that data to make your determination about the issue being on time or delayed?
Would the Status of the issue have any bearing on that evaluation?

Thanks for your response and follow up question.
It can be simple tracker using today's date.
For example, I may have set the 'due date' for a ticket to 7 Nov 2024. When I open the dashboard on 8 Nov 2024, I should see a indication that I am delayed by 1 day and somehow the status changes to red colour so, I follow up with the supplier on that ticket.
If there are other alternatives that can be much more simpler, I would like to know more about that.
