Global tabs in installation where Jira and Confluence is integrated with application links

In your OnDemand product, there is a opportunity to have global tabs where you can easily switch between Issues (Jira), Wiki (confluence) etc.

We have both Jira and Confluence installed on our own server, and they are both integrated by application links. Is there any possibility to have such tabs also on local installations?
