The solution was to remove the connection between jira and github and then set it up again.

HI @huuse90

If you have two GitHub repositories that you want to access in Jira using the GitHub for Jira plugin, you can follow these steps to make the repositories available for Jira:

  1. Install GitHub for Jira Plugin: First, ensure that the GitHub for Jira plugin is installed in your Jira instance. You can find the plugin in the Atlassian Marketplace and follow the installation instructions provided there.

  2. Configure GitHub Integration in Jira: After installing the GitHub for Jira plugin, you need to configure the integration in your Jira instance. This typically involves connecting your Jira instance to your GitHub account. Follow the setup wizard or configuration steps provided by the plugin to link Jira with GitHub.

  3. Grant Access to Repositories: During the configuration process, you should be prompted to grant access to your GitHub repositories. Make sure to select the two repositories that you want to access in Jira. If you've already completed the configuration without selecting these repositories, you can usually modify the settings to add them later.

  4. Verify Repository Access: Once the configuration is complete, verify that the two repositories are accessible from Jira. Navigate to the development panel or any other relevant section in Jira where you expect to see GitHub information, and ensure that both repositories are listed and accessible.

  5. Configure Repository Links in Jira Issues: Optionally, you can configure repository links in Jira issues to directly associate issues with GitHub repositories. This allows you to see GitHub activity related to specific issues directly from Jira. You can typically configure this in the plugin settings or within individual project settings in Jira.

  6. Test Integration: Finally, test the integration by creating or accessing issues in Jira and verifying that you can see GitHub information related to the two repositories. This includes pull requests, commits, branches, and other GitHub activity associated with the linked issues.

By following these steps, you should be able to make the two GitHub repositories available for access in Jira using the GitHub for Jira plugin.

THANK YOU
