Rajesh, I know two kind utilities, named R&D Reporter and Visual Annotate, provided by a company named GoMidjets. I think they provide a free edition or something like that.

Is this dino still in use ? I mean CC, CaseClear ?

There's one single alternative: get a decent source control system. I hope you will not migrate to Visual Source Unsafe.

Sadly, some people are stuck with ClearCase, we should try to help them where we can (although we should always emphasise that migration to a proper SCM is always going to be the best option)
