Fresh Jira - EKS installation running into issues starting Jira

Lloyd Kim November 11, 2024

That is the error I am getting, and not exactly sure how to get around it via EKS environment.  Any help appreciated.

This is a brand new installation, and not exactly sure if I am supposed to go to a page to configure the database or initialize the database.  The load balancer and the target group is showing unhealthy, so I am not able to get to the site via the ALB.  Is there something I am missing?  Thanks again for any ideas

Instead of localhost on EKS cluster you need to go to the pod ip address on port 8080.  This allowed me to go and configure the database and JIRA.
