Freeze the Summary Line to the JIRA issue line above while scrolling an issue?

Hi,

Is there a setting or way to make it so that when you are scrolling the main pane of an issue the summary of the issue is frozen to the top of the pane underneath the Projects/ Project Name / Key ID links line.

Seeing the summary always fixed at the top when scrolling to the bottom (comments thread, etc) would be very useful, especially in virtual meetings when someone is sharing their screen.

Hi Chris.  It looks like this was suggested awhile back, but there wasn't enough interest at the time. See JRACLOUD-60118
