Fix Greenhopper Progress color bar

I customized the workflow a bit and created heirarchies within my project to assist with managing the releases. The heirarchy is Project, Sprint, Cycle or Project, Release, Sprint. The kanban project task board progress bar looks like the following:

I want the "In-Progress" and "Mainline" swimlanes to be yellow instead of red. I'm sure the reason the color is incorrect is because I have something incorrectly mapped but I'm not able to find where to make my fix.

I've determined that the Greenhopper Progress bar is self updating. In essence, whatever stories are not started or started worked on, the bar will be RED. Those stories that are "in-progress" will be yellow and those completed will be green. Therefore the progress bar is dynamic based on the number of stories in the various states.
