I created a new Custom Field (Select List (single choice)) called "Product". This field is associated with 2 screens:
- BS: Scrum Default Issue Screen
- BS: Scrum Bug Screen
1 context: Default Configuration Scheme for Product
It is used in 1 project: Business Systems
Then I went to Field Configuration, chose: "Jira Service Management Field Configuration for Project BS" and selected Configure.
I looked for the "Product" field and marked it as Required.
However, I do not see it as a required field when creating a new ticket as a bug or a story.
What am I missing?
Ah sorry I got the resolution I was inaccurately using "Jira Service Management Field Configuration for Project BS" when I should have been using "Default Field Configuration"
