Failed to complete sprint

Hi,

I cannot complete the sprint, although all the tickets are complete and the workflow statuses are correct. Please suggest how to complete the sprint. Thanks.

Hi @aslich ,

This happens due to a known limitation if the workflow has a status which has the property "jira.issue.editable=false" added to it, then the sprint cannot be completed.

Basically, when your issue is Done, this workflow property prevents editing the issue which stops the sprint completion.

To fix this, you can modify the workflow to remove the property and then publish the workflow to successfully complete the sprint.
